Exchanges and Refunds


Refunds are processed via store credits and have to be utilised within 3 months. Unfortunately we are unable to remind you before they expire, so remember to set an alert. Once expired, we are unable to extend the validity.

Local Orders
Item has to be returned to address below within two weeks. ie. If order was received on 25 February, it has to reach our address by 11 March.

International Orders
Item has to be returned to address below within 30 days. ie If order was received on 25 February, it has to reach our address by 26 March.

For items that are lost in the mail, we will not grant the exchange/refund. Hence, it is recommend to send it via registered mail or courier.

Please include your order number in the return to facilitate the identification. You can also drop us an email once you have mailed it out.

Returns have to abide the following. This is very important as we need to maintain the quality of our clothes.

  • Item has to be unworn and in original tags or packaging.
  • Free of foundation or make up stains (we understand that you need to try on the top but please be mindful!)
  • From a smoke free environment 
  • Free from any scruffs or defects
  • Free from fur from your furbabies, we do not discriminate these cuties but there are others who are allergic to their fur. 

Once received, we will process the refund in the form of credits, or exchange it for your desired item. Do note that exchanges can be done once only. 

The buyer has to bourne postage for the return article and be responsible for it until it reaches us. For the exchanged item, there will be additional courier charges.
