Processing of Orders and Shipping

PROCESSING TIME

This refers to the time taken after you have placed and made payment for your order. 

We strive to deliver your products well within the stipulated time of 14 working days. However, in the event of the need to launch a reproduction, or delay on the supplier's end, there will be a delay. Of which, we will fulfil your order partially, and send your ready stock items first at no additional cost. We thank you for your patience!

For international orders, there will be an additional 10 working days for pre ordered items. Do note of the wait before ordering as we will not be refunding the orders due to the longer wait. We will respond to queries on shipping schedules.

SHIPPING AND COURIER

Local Orders

Orders are sent via local courier QREXPRESS. 
A shipping confirmation will be sent to your email/mobile with the tracking number and link for easy reference.
The process will usually take around 2-3 business days from the shipping confirmation. 

Courier fees are a flat rate of S$3.50 and complimentary for orders S$150 and above.

International Orders

Orders are sent via Aramex, Ninjavan or QRExpress. All packages will be registered with a tracking number. A shipping confirmation will be sent to your email with the tracking number and link for easy reference.
The process will usually take around 7 business days from the shipping confirmation. 

Shipping fees are as follows based on the region you are from.
Asia
1-3 items: S$35
4 items and above: S$50
Complimentary for orders S$300 and above

Rest of the world
1-3 items: S$50
4 items and above: S$80
Complimentary for orders S$500 and above
